2022“点亮海蓝”学术论坛、Light青岛办公室揭牌仪式暨2022国际光日活动(2022 Lighting the Blue (LtB) Forum |Opening Ceremony of Light Qingdao Office | International Day of Light (IDL) celebrating)将于2022年10月28日至10月30日举行，活动地点位于山东省青岛市黄岛区太行山路1号青岛黄岛泰成喜来登酒店，活动承办者为哈尔滨工程大学光子材料课题组。
活动简介
联合国教科文组织于2015年成功举办光元年系列活动后，自2018年起，将每年5月16日定为国际光日，以科普、艺术、教育等形式重视、了解光科学在生产生活上的应用。今年国际光日庆祝活动主题为：#Our future is light. Play your part.从改善视力和驱动智能手机的技术到提供研究地球和太空工具的技术，从医疗保健到光速通信，光子学是实现更光明未来的关键赋能技术。
LtB2022和IDL2022致力于讨论光子和等离子体材料的新概念和技术，以解决先进光学相关海洋应用、光学和电子设备的基本交叉问题，并立足当下，展望未来。届时将邀请神秘嘉宾就会议致辞，敬请期待。
Light: Science & Applications (LSA)是一份经过同行评审的开放期刊，出版了全光谱光学研究领域最高质量的文章。Light青岛办事处将于2022年10月29日开幕。

2022 Lighting the Blue (LtB) Forum | Opening Ceremony of Light Qingdao Office | International Day of Light (IDL) celebrating will be taking place from 28th to 30th October 2022 at Sheraton Qingdao Huangdao Taicheng Sheraton Hotel, No. 1 Taihang Mountain Road, Huangdao District, Qingdao, Shandong Province. The organizer of the event is the Photonic Materials Group of Harbin Engineering University.
An introduction to the Forum
In 2015, UNESCO successfully held a series of activities for the first year of Light. Since 2018, May 16 has been designated as the International Day of Light, in order to pay attention to and understand the application of light science in production and life in the form of science popularization, art, and education. The theme of this year's International Day of Light celebration is #Our future is light. Play your part. From technologies that improve vision and power smartphones to those that provide tools to study Earth and space, from health care to light-speed communications, photonics is a key enabling technology for a brighter future.
LtB2022 & IDL2022 are dedicated to discuss new concepts and techniques of photonic and plasmonic materials to solve fundamental cross-cutting problems for advanced optics related ocean applications, optical and electronic devices，and look forward to the future based on the present, we'll invite the mystery guest to speak at the conference, so stay tuned.
Light: Science & Applications (LSA) is a peer-reviewed open access journal publishing highest-quality articles across the full spectrum of optics research. The Light Qingdao office will be inaugurated on Oct 29, 2022.
How to participate in the Forum
The activity will mainly be conducted offline, at that time, more than 30 guest speakers from the scientific research field will jointly start the journey of thought collision with you.
